PAYMENT CONTRACT FOR SACRED EARTH RETREATS
Legally Binding Provisions for Payment Contracts
This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Contract," sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing payment arrangements for Sacred Earth Retreats facilitated by Riz Mirza, Red Eagle Universal Inc, and Oriah Mirza, collectively referred to as the "Service Providers."

Please carefully review this document to fully comprehend your obligations and agreements.
Background: Historically, we have relied on an honor system for payment arrangements concerning our retreats. Regrettably, recent experiences have necessitated the introduction of this contract. We have encountered challenges in collecting payments from individuals who have committed to payment arrangements, often resulting in impolite and, at times, threatening responses when reminders are issued for missed payments.
Commitment to Service: As spiritual shamans and educators, we have dedicated over 13 years to serving the community, both locally and internationally. We invest a significant amount of ourselves and engage in meticulous planning to offer a multitude of retreats for the numerous individuals we assist each year.
Real-World Business Dynamics: While we operate with a spiritual ethos, the vendors and companies we collaborate with, both in the United States and abroad, do not share our spiritual focus and do not offer us preferential treatment. We are subject to their contractual requirements, deadlines, and financial obligations, irrespective of our spiritual endeavors. Consequently, we must establish clear business protocols with our prospective travel companions.
Protective Measures: To ensure the sustainability of our business and continue offering exceptional Sacred Tour Experiences worldwide, we find it necessary to adopt protective measures. It is important for us to convey that, despite our spiritual orientation and status as a small business, we must adhere to professional business practices.
By signing below, you commit to the following payment arrangement:
You promise to make a payment of $________ on the date __________ and $________ on the date __________. We accept only two payment arrangement dates for the total amount.
In the event you are unable to make the scheduled payment on the agreed-upon date, you must inform us and request an additional 24-hour extension. However, we cannot extend the deadline beyond that period, and timely communication is essential.
The initial payment serves as a deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance to be paid in full within 30 days from the initial payment.
Grace Period for Incomplete Payment: In the event you make only one of the payment arrangements and fail to complete the subsequent payment on time, you will have a grace period of 48 hours from the due date to settle the remaining balance. Failure to remit the balance within this grace period will result in your inability to attend the retreat. All payments made up to that point will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Payment Processor Limitations: If you are utilizing payment processors such as Zelle or Venmo and encounter daily payment limitations, you are obligated to make payments every 24 hours until your total payment obligation is fulfilled, as per your agreement.
Payment Obligation: Regardless of the payment method, your payment agreement, whether for the full ticket price or a partial payment arrangement, remains in force, obligating you to make payments in accordance with the specified terms.
Agreement and Signature:
Your signature below confirms your agreement to the terms outlined in this Payment Contract. By signing, you acknowledge your understanding of these obligations and agree to abide by them.
*If you are traveling with family, the primary signature should be that of the individual responsible for the payment on behalf of the entire group, including any minors.
