General Terms (apply to all memberships)

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via your member portal at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between households.

• All payments are final. Refunds are not offered, except in the case of an event being fully canceled by us.

• RSVPs must be made at least 30 days in advance. Booking spots are limited and offered on a first-reserved basis.

• Channeling sessions are included on retreats and are group experiences and not personal readings.

• Venues, menus, and programming may vary depending on partnerships and availability.​​

• Retreat credit (e.g., $600, $300 annual) applies only to retreat tuition and cannot be used for airfare, tips, or external expenses.

• Retreat credit rolls forward if unused, but membership must be active at the time of application.

• You may attend one US Domestic Retreat (Sedona, Mt. Shasta, Salem) per year maximum, due to scheduling.

• You may attend as many Grand Pilgrimages (Egypt, Tulum, Glastonbury, etc.) as your balance and scheduling allow.

• Retreat admission is only available once your membership balance meets the minimum cost of that retreat.

• Credits and balances are non-refundable but always roll forward as long as your membership is active.

Liability & Conduct

• By attending any event or retreat, you agree to participate in our mystical, spiritual, and cultural activities at your own discretion.

• Mystics Riz & Oriah and Erika Merriweather (Tarot and Astrology)  and Red Eagle Universal Inc. are not responsible for personal outcomes, interpretations, or expectations of spiritual work.

• Participants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

• If you cancel before reaching the balance needed for a retreat, your funds remain in your retreat wallet for 12 months after cancellation. You may rejoin at any time and pick up where you left off.

• If you cancel and do not rejoin within 12 months, your balance is forfeited. (This is standard practice across retreat programs).

• Monthly event tickets (for Immersive Memberships) are use-it-or-lose-it and do not refund or roll after cancellation.

What if I cancel but already paid enough for a retreat?

• If you’ve reached the tuition threshold (e.g., $3,500 for Sedona or $5,500 for Egypt) and cancel before the retreat date, your balance will still secure you a spot in the next available retreat of that type, provided you notify us within 3 months of cancellation.

• If you do not notify us or attend within this time, the balance is forfeited. Our retreat fills up 1 year to 6 months in advance.

Are memberships refundable?

• No. All payments are final. Retreat credits and balances are non-refundable but always roll forward toward future retreats or events.

What’s included in a Sacred Earth Retreat?

• All retreats include 4/5-star accommodations, domestic flights within the host country (when applicable like in Egypt/Japan etc), sacred site entry, transport, guided tours, and all channeling and shamanic sessions with Riz & Oriah. International airfare and tips are not included.​

What if a retreat sells out?

• Active members always receive priority access before public release. However, retreats are capped due to venue size and local regulations. Early RSVP is essential.
