We are all born psychic beings and we’ve all had some level of psychic experience, from something simple as knowing that a certain person was going to call us and they do, to feeling a communication from a loved one who has passed on. And we all have walked into houses or areas that we could feel spirits hanging around, or we felt ‘something in the air’. We can feel positive energy or “negative” energy in things, people and places. Often times we dismiss this feeling and end up regretting it! We end up saying ” I knew it, I had a feeling…” What is that feeling?

How do we access these senses at will? How do we allow ourselves to receive guidance from the Universe for our best interest, helping us in our everyday lives?

Meditation is the key.

Meditation works with channeling. But what is channeling? We ALL channel. Channeling simply defined is when we get into the ‘zone’ where the mind is silent and the flow of energy , insight and ability leads the way. You can channel any task, from music to accounting, from public speaking to offering advice to a dear friend. In my Intro to Channeling/Develop your Intuition Workshop, I guide you into powerful meditative techniques which help you:

My favorite thing to do in my psychic work is teaching people how to tap into their higher intuitive senses. This class is always so intriguing and many people who never thought they’d be able to meditate for more than 2 minutes let alone hear messages from their Spirit Guides, often do very well in this workshop!
